About The Project
Initially Castle Howard approached us several years ago, with regard to replacing a key to an internal door lock. Since then, we have worked alongside the House Manager and Curator to service and restore many locks throughout the estate and provide new and replacement keys for many doors and pieces of antique furniture. It’s an absolute pleasure helping to reinstate many of the wonderful locks around the house and being part of the conservation of such an important piece of history.

Heritage Project
Most of the work is carried out on site, in our mobile workshop, so that these valuable locks and keys rarely have to leave the premises.
